Surrey County Cricket Club’s Annual General Meeting for the year of 2021 has been moved to Tuesday 18th May to allow in-person attendance at The Kia Oval.

Originally scheduled for Tuesday 27th April, the AGM will now happen following the proposed lifting of government restrictions allowing socially distanced attendance at events from 17th May.

The formal meeting will start at 6pm and is open to all Members.

The meeting will be held as a Hybrid meeting, with Members able to attend both virtually and in person at the Kia Oval.

For those wishing to attend in person, your space can be booked by emailing Company Secretary Callum Doyle on cdoyle@surreycricket.com. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on first-come, first-served basis. Please quote your Membership number in this message.

For those planning to attend on Zoom, log on details are available in the Annual Report. The Annual Reports have been posted and will arrive on doorsteps shortly. Members will be checked before admittance and those not using acceptable names will not be admitted entry. Those attending via Zoom can ask questions and vote, the same as if they were attending in person.

Zoom limits the number of attendees in a single meeting to 500. As a precaution in case this number is exceeded, the meeting will also be streamed on the Surrey CCC YouTube channel.

The date for the Pride of Lions End of Season Awards has also been confirmed as 11th September.
