Surrey CCC have appointed Jenny Mitton and Elena Narozanski to the Club’s Board as Non Executive Directors, effective from 10 June 2026.

Following the departure of Ros Trinick who left the Board to join the ECB in February, and after reviewing the Board’s skills matrix, the Club undertook a process to find new Non-Executive Directors.

The Nomination Committee, appointed by the Board in accordance with Club Rules and ECB County Governance Framework guidelines, conducted a review of the Board’s composition.

Following the interview process, the Nomination Committee recommended to the Board the appointment of Jenny Mitton and Elena Narozanski, with both formally appointed on 10 June.

Jenny Mitton is a women’s sports specialist and agency leader who works as a women’s sport consultant for clients including FIFA and World Rugby. Mitton also works as Women’s Sport Lead at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment, where over the last decade she has led on projects such as Natwest x England Cricket (ECB) Cricket Has No Boundaries campaign, and the UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 tournament.

Elena Narozanski works for HENI, an international art services company, where she delivers a range of projects in the fine art world. Prior to this, Elena has held roles in No10 Downing Street, the Greater London Authority and the Home Office, alongside a sporting career which included representing England in boxing. She sits on the board of Sport England and the Sport Honours Committee. Elena is a keen cricketer who plays for Spencer CC and has recently completed her ECB coaching qualification.

The new directors join the existing non-executive directors Kunle Olafare, Laura Cordingley, Arun Harinath, Claire Wills, Priya Kohli, Paul Whitehead, Honorary Treasurer Martin Eadon and Chair Oli Slipper on the Board
