Surrey’s Adam Thomas, Ralphie Albert and Alex French have been selected in the England U19s squad for the second Youth Test match against India at Chelmsford
Adam Thomas has been called into an England U19 squad for the first time in his career. Thomas, who is on a full-time professional contract with the Club, is an aggressive top order batter.
All-rounder Ralphie Albert impressed in the drawn first Youth Test match at Beckenham, taking three wickets with his left arm orthodox spin and adding 50 with the bat in the first innings.
Bowler Alex French will be hoping to return to the side for the second match of the series.
England Men’s U19s 2nd Youth Test squad for the match at Chelmsford from July 20 – 23, is:
