All Members of Surrey County Cricket Club can purchase tickets for international cricket at The Kia Oval in 2022 from now until the end of the 12th November.
The Members’ exclusive window will remain open until the 12th November before remaining tickets go on offer to 2021 ODI purchasers who missed out due to COVID restrictions and winners in the ongoing ballot.

Tickets can be purchased for all six days of international cricket at The Kia Oval in 2022; the Royal London One-Day International with India on the 12th July and the final LV= Insurance Test match of the summer with South Africa between the 8th and 12th September.
As we anticipate that our phone lines will be extremely busy, we urge all Members to book online via the Club’s ticketing site.
Please be aware that if you have not previously logged in to our new ticketing system (launched on 23rd August 2021), you will need to generate a new password to access your account.

HOW TO BUY YOUR TICKETS
- Click here to visit our ticketing site.
- Log-in to your online account.
- Click ‘TICKETS’ in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select the day of cricket that you would like to purchase.
- Using the seating map, select which area of the ground that you would like to sit in.
- Click on the seats that you would like to purchase. Please note the maximum quantity of tickets that you are able to purchase with your Membership is referenced via email and in the Frequently Asked Questions below.
- Click ‘ADD TO CART’ in the bottom right of the page.
- If you would like to purchase tickets for another day of International cricket, select ‘TICKETS’ from the navigation bar and repeat steps 4-7.
- Once you are happy with your ticket selection, click ‘BUY NOW’ on the right of the page or at the bottom of the page.
- Your Order Summary will appear. From this page you can assign any tickets to anyone in your Friends and Family network (you will need to do this if you have exceeded your allocation, otherwise you will not be able to proceed). To fulfil your allocation of guest tickets, please put each guest in your name.
- At the bottom of the Order Summary page, click the box to agree with our Terms and Conditions and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYMENT’.
- Insert your card details and click ‘PAY NOW’.
- You should then receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Please note that your tickets will not be available to download/access until closer to the match-day.
If you are not currently a 2022 Member, you can still purchase your Membership now to be eligible for this window. Otherwise, we would advise you to enter the ballot.
All ballot winners will be able to purchase tickets not bought by the 23rd November, with restrictions on the number per winner to be confirmed in the email notifying you of your ballot result.

How many tickets can I purchase with a Surrey and England Membership?
Surrey and England Members can purchase 8 tickets (a maximum of 4 on any particular day) for the Test and 4 tickets for the ODI.
How many tickets can I purchase with a County Adult Membership?
Surrey County Adult Members can purchase 8 tickets (a maximum of 4 on any particular day) for the Test and 4 tickets for the ODI.
How many tickets can I purchase with a Championship Membership?
Surrey Championship Members can purchase 2 tickets for the Test and 2 tickets for the ODI.
How many tickets can I purchase with a County 16-21 Membership?
Surrey 16-21 Members can purchase 2 tickets for the Test and 2 tickets for the ODI.
How many tickets can I purchase with a County 22-25 Membership?
Surrey 22-25 Members can purchase 2 tickets for the Test and 2 tickets for the ODI.
How many tickets can I purchase with a Pride of Lions Membership?
Pride of Lions Members can purchase 2 tickets for the Test and 2 tickets for the ODI. 1 of each pair of tickets must be a Junior U-16 ticket.
I can’t purchase two junior tickets with my Pride of Lions Membership.
A junior ticket must be accompanied by an adult ticket when purchasing. This is in compliance with our ground safety regulations.
I am not getting the promised Members’ price as advertised.
Surrey and England, County, Championship and T20 Members save a minimum of £5 per seat purchased during the Members’ priority on-sale period. After this date, prices will increase for these Membership categories. The price quoted on the ticketing site includes the discount.
I am trying to buy my seat in the Pavilion, but it has already been purchased.
The deadline for Surrey and England Members to secure their seat ends on October 29th 2021. After this date, all seats became available for other Members to purchase. If your seat is no longer available, it is likely that it has been purchased by another Member.
I have purchased tickets but haven’t received a confirmation email.
Confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive during busy periods. You can view your purchased tickets via your online account.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child who is under the age of 2?
Children under the age of two do not need a ticket for entry as long as they do not occupy a seat. Children over the age of two, but under 16, will need a junior ticket.
I am trying to activate my account, but the system says that the account already exists.
Please log-in using your email address and password. If this does not work, please click ‘forgot your log in details?’ which will send a new password to your email immediately.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one via our ticketing site https://tickets.surreycricket.com/account/reset. Enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you.
I have been incorrectly charged for tickets purchased.
If you have any discrepancies for the tickets purchased, wait until you receive your confirmation email. If the email confirms an incorrect charge please contact the ticket office on 0203 946 0100 or tickets@surreycricket.com where a Member of the team will be happy to assist.
When can I expect to receive my tickets?
Tickets will be distributed within a minimum of 28 days prior to the fixture.

I require accessible seating, how can I secure this?

Can I purchase tickets via phone?
A team of 30 are processing ticket payments via the phone on 0203 946 0100.
Can I make a group booking?
You can only purchase your allocation of tickets. Additional tickets may become available during the general sale which will be in early December. Further details will be advertised on our website, though availability depends on the number of tickets secured by Members.
What is the transaction fee?
There is no booking fee when using a Debit or Credit Card.
I am using an American Express Card but my payment is not processing.
Please note that we do not accept American Express cards. Please use another card for purchasing your ticket.
What is the company name that will appear on my bank statement?
On the bank statement SCCC Tickets will appear.
The system is saying I am a different Membership category to what I am.
