The Surrey County Cricket Club Board is in search of a new Non-Executive Director.
The Club is looking to hire a new Non-Executive Director to join the Board. The Board consists of the Chair, Honorary Treasurer, Chief Executive, Director of Finance & Services, Director of Cricket, and several Non-Executive Directors with a diverse blend of professional skills.
After reviewing the Board’s skills matrix, the Club recommends the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director with a background in Digital/Consumer Technology.
Surrey CCC is currently undergoing a major digital transformation, and the Board feels the addition of this expertise will add significant value to the Board and Executive team.
The ideal candidate should be a proven leader in their field and have a passion for cricket.
The Board convenes eight times a year, with meetings usually lasting two hours. In addition to attending regular Board meetings, candidates should provide ad-hoc support to the Board and Executive when relevant issues or opportunities arise.
